Is it normal to burn my mouth regularly with egg rolls?

My hunger outweighs the injuries inflicted in my mouth every time and I end up with blisters all over my gums. I can't let the egg rolls sit for five minutes to cool off a little bit. Same with other food items like pizza and chicken pot pies.

  • Just get a hole in it and blow inside it. This lets out all the hot steam qnd you can eat it right away.

  • Just please don't tell me you're one of those people who will eat blistering hot food and then open your mouth going "HAAAHHH HAAAHHHH" trying to cool it off, displaying the food in your mouth for everyone to see. 🤮 I've had to eat with someone like that, who also smacked their lips with every bite.

Otherwise, I'd personally rather let it cool off so I can actually taste it (as I find that once I've burned my tongue, I can't taste food as well), but if you find it worth it, by all means continue to eat it super hot!
