    Sadly I have to say yes. Where I lived before I became friends with many of my neighbors (including my bf). I loved it.

    Now I live in the literal hood where I have no friends. 🙄

    It's normal in the city not normal if you're from a rural town.

      I live in the backwoods, middle of butt fuck nowhere, boonies of Tennessee & I've only seen one of my 5 neighbors. Never talk to any of them.

        I've lived in both a city and a small rural community.From my experience in the city people care less about your name and who you're.
