Is it normal that i wish people would mention how someone died?

Sometimes on FB or whatever, we read about someone kicking the bucket.
Like on a FB feed, some lady's husband was missing for a few days but turned up dead. Of course, n news about how he died.

is it normal that I am usually more curious about that than anything? Like, did they "check out" early on their own, did the Mafia have a hit on them, was it a car crash, did Corona virus get them, did a Piano or safe fall off a skyscraper and crush them...?
