Its fine, cousins are not direct relatives, all ahev common ancestors, the human population exponentially grew, incest happens only with your aren't and real siblings. cousin marriages have existed for ages, and is common not just in humans but in the even the British Royal family had cousin marriages for ages. Its your life, live it the way you want, with whoever you want.

Apparently the baby doesn't become retarded until you do a lot of inbreeding. So as long as your family hasn't engaged in cousin shagging for a few generations then you should be fine to hit that.

True. People tend to drastically overestimate the biological problems associated with inbreeding. It usually takes a lot of very close, sustained inbreeding for many generations before you really notice any negative effects, such as candle syndrome etc.

People who aren't evolutionary deffective want normal babies; I know that much. Also idk what you're talking about with world over population. Most people on this site are from western countries where the fertility rate is even below 2.1, the sustainable level for a population that isn't even growing.

I don't see how this OP could be subject to the banned-topic hammer, since first cousin marriage is legal in many places.
The cliché about it being a southern thing has been deployed, but there are southern states where it's not legal (Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, for example) and northern states where it is legal (Massachusetts, Vermont and New York, for example).
FWIW, it's also legal in the UK. I recall reading how this causes problems in some communities where immigrants haven't integrated to the British mainstream for religious or cultural reasons and so tend to almost always marry within the community. It's not like first cousin marriages always result in genetic issues, but the incidence of some inherited illnesses and disabilities is much higher than the UK norm in those communities.

You are no one to dictate what people should like or not. But yeah OP's post may get deleted because some people thinks cousin relationship is incest, fact though everyone in the world is distinctly related and have common ancestors, and incest only happens between parents and siblings (which is disgusting) but cousin relationships are fine.
