I'm a Scorpio, and I don't put a lot of faith into astrology, but when I told a certain person in my life that loves, and very much believes in astrology that I don't place any faith in it she just says to me, "that's because you're a Scorpio, and this book about zodiac signs says you wouldn't believe". I laughed my ass off at her! 🤣🤣🤣 This chick is also really into tarot cards. 😂

Tarot cards are legitimate. Never had a problem with them. Tarot cards as a whole are way more believable than astrology too because it's all about connecting with the energy of a situation. For me they are always accurate.

I used astrology as a guide for examining myself. I had my star chart plotted and read through the various things. It kind of turned a chaotic overview of memories into an organized portfolio.
In astrology's own words, if you're not born along the equator results may vary. There's debate over which non equator born star plotting methods are more accurate, and some are region specific.
I didn't agree with all my houses I think they're called, but it was well worth the read. No different than how I'd watch a movie or read a book

I'm not sure which global hemisphere you were born in. But with a Birth Chart already 'plotted' (you can have one autogenerated fairly easily online, Astrotheme is worth a try if you want to review your Birth Chart.)
For more accurate results, you ought to have your birth time on point. But there's a catch, the hemisphere you were born in has a significant bearing on which zodiac signs to observe in your interpretation of your Birth Chart.
You keep the signs as they're generated if you were born in the northern hemisphere. For a southern hemisphere birth, you rotate the zodiac sign wheel 180 degrees to get your sign positions right.
For example, a southern hemisphere Taurus is in fact a Scorpio, (the direct opposite zodiac sign of Taurus.) From thereon you can accurately make your interpretations, planet positions, houses, aspects and all.

Do you know a lot about astrology? Seems like a waste to not ask anything. I'd like to paint my chart at some point, it might be good to know which is most accurate

I wouldn't claim I know a lot about astrology, professionally. But I'm currently holding an honors Level 1 (out of 10 Levels) Certificate of Achievement from RASA School of Astrology. It's curriculum (Level 1 Certificate) is about "The Foundations of Astrological Understanding", with which you would be equipped with rudimentary knowledge on how to draw/construct an individual's birth chart.. based on information about their Date of Birth, Time of Birth, and their place of birth.
For example, there's a method/formula for calculating to find an individual's Time of Birth, (for people who have no records of that info) which is still way out of my understanding, which is taught in one of the later levels of this Astrology Program.

It appears to many people that a good number of people on this earth are at least somewhat crazy.
It would be totally normal for even partially crazy people to use a crazy system that has virtually no correlation with reality.
I do note that in its historical roots. Astrology was the best science theory of its day. However, that kind of Astrology was a lot simpler and did not promise to tell you all the stuff that the current modern version says.
The ancient form of astrology was abandoned by the critical thinkers and scientist of the day many thousands of years ago when they came up with other theories that worded better on explaining things. Those other theories were later replaced with better yet theories later; and so on to our current understanding of the universe.

I used to think so until someone I met started talking indepth about my sun and moon sign and it fit me completely. I first laughed at them said read another it'll probably fit me too and it didn't in fact no other sun or moon sign or combo are me at all. It even suggested the very occupation I'm in as my top career path for my sign none of the others fit me. At first I thought this was a coincidence so I checked it against my family and friends..their signs had them in the occupation they're in or a career they mentioned as their dream career, the description of them also fit perfectly so I believe.
What I don't believe however is living your day by it, I think that's a little much.

Well, I also think astrology is total bullshit, but I don't really find joy in insulting people that believe in it. Unfortunately, a few of my close ones are into astrology tho, can't understand it.

Where astrology fails is this: You can have 2 people born at exactly the same time on exactly the same day, yet their lives will take different paths, according to the experiences they encounter. Even identical twins will not necessarily share the same traits. It's a load of bullfrog.

The universe's 'configuration' at the time of birth (Birth Chart structure) is constantly changing. Even within a span of only a few seconds, the 'alignment' of the (zodiac) signs, 'astrological houses', and the aspects or angles formed amongst the ongoing change in positions of the planets will have changed, resulting in a unique 'blueprint' of life circumstances for every born individual. And I guess we all know that twins don't come out of their mother's womb at the same exact time.
