Is it normal that i live with my father?

I'm in my late 20s and I live with my father I go to college and I don't have a job my father insists that he pays for my college and that I don't owe him I don't pay rent he insists that I don't do that.

Is this normal I feel like a parasite and every time I bring it up he tells me not worry about and that it's not a big deal but I think it is people I talk to about this say that I have it good and I kinda of see it that way.

But I can't help but feel depressed I'm planning on moving out by next year but first I have to get a job and not tell my dad.

    No it's fine being a burden to your parents while you get an education! Unless he is just wasting money on college and you are just slacking off.

    Don't get caught up in that bullshit that people say how you are supposed to be. Usually there just pissed of at the world, and that low income they receive doesn't get them the fancy life they think their entitled to.

    I've never understood why people brag about coming from the hood and having it so hard. That means their parents were losers and they brag about it like it makes them cool. Its cool that your parents have money and they help you get ahead. Your parents are winners. You should be proud of your families success.

    You should study hard though and figure out what career you are going into. Hope youre choosing a good field that pays good.
