I said I wanted a Ps5 for Christmas and my Birthday but I still don't have a PS5? She said she would but she didn't? I'm pissed with her and I want a new Mom.
Go out and do something and earn enough money to buy it yourself. I was pulling in over $1000 a year when I was 12 by mowing lawns, raking leaves, shoveling snow, and other assorted odd jobs for homeowners in the area where I grew up.
That was in 1969 so that's probably about $5000 in today money.
Note: I was buying all my own cloths and other things too at age 12 as well. With 6 other kids in the house there just was not much money. Us kids learned to earn our own money.

Playstation 5s are not only currently in low supply but are being sold for exorbitant amounts due to part shortages. (Blame crytpo-mining and the pandemic.) Even if you were able to find one at a reasonable price, there's currently no reason to upgrade to next gen consoles.

Maybe she has forgotten, parents have their mistake on forgetting but you should chill with being pissed off and chill with the hate with your mom. There is only one mom that loves you and you can't hate her for anything.
For now you should feel grateful on what you currently have, it would also seem to me that it is quite petty for you to hate her for that reason. But also you need to accept that things won't be your way .
