I find TV commercials from the 50s to be the perfect ASMR. I listen to them to fall asleep.

    No, they're quite jarring. I mean, I love watching them but they are far from soothing. The voices, the accents, the abrupt style, the timing, it's all very "harsh" compared to what we're used to.

    Old commercials are fun. They have voices and accents that aren't heard in todays commercials.
