Is it normal that i can't concentrate on anything?

I seriously struggle with concentration. I have an essay that's due in like 20 minutes but I'm posting here instead lmao. How do I improve concentration? And is it normal to not be able to concentrate on Khrushchev's reign over the USSR's satellite states (plus other work)?

    Hey if you find the solution, help me too. I can't study for a long time. I usually space out. I've downloaded apps that makes me focus and it works fine but I still can't help space out a lot!

      Right!? I downloaded apps that limit phone time, apps that block websites, apps that remind me to concentrate, list apps, and so on, but nothing seems to work!

      I'll definitely tell ya if I figure out how to concentrate.

    I'm relatively sure you only try to concentrate on things that interest you. I'm willing to bet that your distress tolerance is rather low. I'm not saying this to be a jerk, I just think it will make certain things in life more difficult on you there.

        I could be wrong of course, but I read what you wrote, and found that I could relate. I have a very hard time concentrating on something if I'm not interested, it's almost painful. The phrase, "bored to tears", comes to mind.
