Is it normal that i always avoided people at work

At previous jobs that I was forced to be in the same room with co workers I did most of the cleaning because I really didn't want to talk to anyone. Right now I'm a sercuity guard and assigned to guard an entrance way. The first 3 weeks I avoided going inside the sercuity trailer because at previous jobs I was overwhelmed by how co workers seems excited to meet me. Sometimes I still get overwhelmed but mostly when other sercuity guard make conversation and I'm not interested at all. before I run into co workers I try to plan what i would normally say to them then leave but somedays they become talkative or bug me and I response but getting when I become overwhelmed I become lost and it's hard to remember things.( Previous conversations). No one likes to repeat their hobbies over and over lol. In previous jobs former co workers enjoy starting drama and it stressful getting involved even if mind my own business and they feel the need to make me aware

You don't like to talk about hobbies? I find most people won't shut up about them.
