Is it normal no pants fit me both in hip and leg

Im a very skinny woman but I cant wear smallest size pant or leggings because they dont come over my hip. I bought new leggings and they fit good in hip (not perfectly they are bit big but they dont fall down) and around legs they are baggy. I guess its alright because I can grown in them and maybe with laundrywash they turn a little tighter plus I can layer up because I freeze a lot but its annoying because I coultnd try them in store but I held up smaller size infront of me and I could see they are too tight in the hip it looked painful to imagine try to squeeze them on. They would probably have fit good tight in the leg though. I prefer to buy jeans that are supposed to be loose fit for this reason. I think all pants are designed to fill out big butt and thigh.... I am just very small so nothing fit me on the leg. And no I cant gain weight either because fast metabolism run in my family my mom didnt gain weight until after she had my brother

I have to wear a belt with my pants. Not because they are to big for me, but because my hips are none existent & won't hold them up unless they are so tight that I have to pull as hard as I can just to button them.

Clothing cannot fit every shape...look up youtube tutorials and get books to learn how to sew. I have a bigger bum and I'm skinnier, I buy pants for my butt and sew the rest in to be smaller.

Just cut a hole in a garbage bag and put that over your head and call it good

Idk girl but all I know is that I am 59.8kg and 5 "6", yet I still look as skinny as a rake! I used to weight 54kg at age 22 now I'm 27....
And to me I still look just as skinny yet I can't fit some of my jeans as well as they're too tight on my thigh area and waist.
I have a flat ass sadly ...but I have a decent pair of boobs...not sure what happened to my ass :/
I have a fast metabolism and it runs on my dads side.

Yes its normal that about 10% of the population really need to buy tailored clothing to have them fit right.

I have a tall torso and have a problem with dress shirts. I have always needed a tailored shirt to have it fit right (I learned that when I was an official at the Olympics, had to have all my measurements submitted (the men's shop I purchased dress clothing was willing to do the measurements and fill out the form, including some notes); and when I showed up at the Olympics they had 2 special tailored dress white shirts for me. What a difference.

I have looked at dozens of brands of dress shirts - and none of them fit right. I just wear what kinda fits for daily wear as tailored shirts tend to be pricey (I have a few for dress up occasions).

Check out people who do alterations. The better ones also do wedding and other event clothing... and could easily modify existing slacks and other clothing to fit you better. A lot cheaper than buying fully tailored clothing made from scratch.

I wish you well with this...
