Is it normal it's not my fault i'm fat?

I have a medical issue called hypothyroidism, which makes it more difficult to lose weight. I wouldn't call myself obese but I am overweight, however I have tried losing weight. I eat three meals a day and make sure I don't go over my calorie intake I've set for myself, and I usually do between 2 - 4 hours of exercise daily, however I am seeing no results, I'm not gaining weight or losing it, I'm basically just staying the same. I began cutting my food intake more and more and trying to exercise more but it's still the same. I really want to be skinny though because I hate how people look at me in public as if it's my fault for being fat despite trying to take all the measures I can to stay fit and healthy.

IIN it's not my fault I'm fat 2.0

Maybe consider going gluten free and reducing sugars intake. In addition, eat more meals that are smaller in size throughout the day. Avoid late night snacking, and drink enough water. Preferably only water.

Ofc, the best thing to do would be consulting a physician.

    • I'm already gluten free and I eat little to no sugar, I'm on a keto diet. I only drink water and I don't late night snack. I'll try portioning out smaller meals throughout the day than just eating 3 big meals.

There is a very simple answer and you won't listen. Burn more calories than you take in. This does not mean starve yourself. Eat sensibly and burn calories.
