Is it normal i think instagram is dying and social media sucks now

Ever since Facebook took over instagram has gone to crap. Facebook has already ruined itself so that was expected.
Personally I am sad because I like photos.
I am an amateur photographer, studied photo in school.
I think instagram is dying because no one can get likes or followers anymore.
There is no reach, you get random accounts you dont care about on your startpage...
Only one of my instagram accounts that still has good reach is one where I post random poems of mine. Even that one gets few likes compared to amount of followers but at least it's something.
Not even my pets get likes anymore and they used to.
It's like tiktok has taken over but tiktok is all about videos and I think that this is what has ruined instagram.
If instagram is dying then where will people post photos?
I dont understand why Facebook would do this.
I liked the chill way of posting random photos and interacting with friends. Now it's all about business, influencers and competition.
It is no longer fun. It actually sucks, it's boring and instagram pushes certain accounts on you and hides other accounts. It's all about benefitting their own personal agendas instead of the fun platform it once was...
Maybe it means that social media is dying? Facebook is the biggest and they keep ruining everything they take into their hands.
No one I know uses social media nowadays. If they're on it they don't use it actively. No one really sees any point anymore.
