Is it normal i think i will definitely get a heart attack eventually from anxiety?

Because my anxiety always changes and I can basically get anxiety over nothin, it can't be pin pointed to a specific trigger. I therefore believe because I can not control my stupid mind with all the thoughts it feeds me, I will most likely either get a stroke or have a heart attack in the future. Stress "kills" I wait every day in preparation... IIN? :/ I'm only 23

  • is my recommendation. By writing down the events in your life that make you anxious, you rewire your brain. Currently they're in the fight-or-flight, anxiety inducing part of your brain. Writing moves them out.
