Is it normal i get anxious just by thinking of anxiety

I've had anxiety throughout my life. I have had a couple major bad episodes of it and then it'd get much better.
Lately, over the last couple weeks its on my brain 24/7 again :/
I don't know why but it bothers me & I fight negative thoughts in my head a lot. Its fear of panic which obviously fuels it. I just wake up everyday with it on my brain, and I get a racy heart and sore back. Why did it come back with vengeance? I just keep trying to talk myself out of it but tbh I feel like I'm going mad

You sort of have to pick your theme. I feel creepy just by thinking about being a creep.

It can be a vicious mental circle. You worry about being anxious, which makes you more anxious, which makes you more conscious of it and worry more...and the cycle just keeps going on and fueling itself in a feedback loop.

Some things to try are 1- Accept that there may always be a little bit of anxiety at certain times, and that's ok, so..
2 - Just observe it, understand that it's just a reaction, don't beat yourself up about it and try and accept it,
3 - Try to keep a healthy diet and try supplements that may help reduce stress/anxiety - you might find something that works,
I know none of that is going to instantly work, but it's a difficult thing to deal with. At least know that you're not alone, a lot of people have the same problem. So don't feel bad about it. For me, accepting, letting it go, and not beating myself up is what works best.
