Is it normal i feel crazy?

I mean that feeling as if you're living in this world for the seventeen thousandth time, and every time it seems weirder and miserable, and that just feels kinda funny.
As if I were Seth and Fenris in the same breath and now I sit in my leather chair, lost in thought, looking speechless out of the window and understanding everything but nothing at the same time.

It is total nonsense and yet it concerns me.
