Is it normal i feel bad for my mum because of my health?

I have anxiety issues..
I work with my mum gardens and lawn. Most days I feel so tired and that that makes me feel useless because I can't help her to the best of my ability as anxiety gives me health issues such as really low energy.
I sometimes ask myself what's wrong with me and blame myself as my mind really fucks me over. I feel fearful most days ...I don't know why but I have felt like this for such a long time. I have fear rushes and just normal thoughts but I just feel weird and on edge. I don't feel happy about this and I can't beat this anxiety feeling :/ It follows me every second of my day. I can't afford therapy no and I don't want prescription medication as it will worsen things apparently. Is my mind weird or do a lot of people feel this?

Lots of people deal with anxiety. It can be crippling and if you have this, I would suggest you try finding a doctor or find a counselor. Some programs out there help people who cannot afford Counseling check around and see what's out there. Social services usually can help find programs if you request to see a social worker at a hospital. Some times counselors could suggest programs to help. Anxiety can get worse with age. It is best to get help as soon as possible. Hope you find this some what helpful. Oh and don't blame yourself for having anxiety issues, it's not your fault nor should you be ashamed. Try talking to your mom or someone you can trust. Reach out to someone. It can help. If you surf the web, search up anxiety. Some websites have breathing exercises and helpful info on dealing with it.

Yes it's normal having sympathy pain towards your loved ones - rather then feeling just bad because your mom has to work extra around the house because of your condition why not visit a doctor if you haven't already...

Sounds like generalized anxiety disorder. I had alot of problems with it but got it under control.

You need to talk to your doctor about what you can do about it.

Many people suffer from it. I wish you well.

People feel this when they live inside their own heads. This super sensitivity comes from having a huge Ego--an overinflated sense of self.

Look into how to reduce your Ego and how to become more mindful. Rushes of fear might best be addressed by writing it out: I recommend selfauthoring.com, it's much cheper than a psychiatrist.
