Is it normal i dry age all my meat

Super inspired by Guga Foods. I dry age everything and throw it on the grill. Meat that isn’t dry aged isn’t worth eating

    too much work

    i pan sear the fuck outta a ribeye for a minute a side then grill to 130

    meanshile i sautee onions on the sear pan with some red wine to deglaze all the charred stuff off the pan
