Is it normal i dont consider pancakes food

Pancakes is literally a type of cake. It is dessert or at best lunch.
I cant eat pancakes when im hungry because I feel sick. Like when trying to ease hunger with candy. I cant eat sweets on empty stomach.
To me food is something foody and it has meat as part of it or fish.
If you are a vegan or something I guess something that is instead of meat but you catch my drift. Otherwise I feel sick.

fish is meat and also anything that you eat is food. Cake is food. Meals are food. Snacks are food. Candy is food.

    • No it's not. You have imaginary friends so I can imagine you eating candy for dinner though.

Yes that's what food is, but it should in 99.9% of cases be healthy food. You should eat your meals, and opt for sugar-free candy.

sugar-free candy contains sweeteners though which are worse than normal sugar. They are unnatural.

And what makes you think fat people like me don't eat diet candy? Even if you don't think that the rest of us only eat them to lose weight.

Pancakes make you feel sick because it is not balanced nutrition alone. So much sugar and you crash so hard without anything else in your system. I know it sounds like a fad, but a macro diet is best. To stay balanced you need to consume your calories in thirds. 1/3 protein, 1/3 carbs, 1/3 fat. A pancake is almost completely carbs. That would make anyone sick. Add some nut butter and fruit and I bet you'd feel better after eating 1. One! not 3 or more.

I would consider eating wisely and being on a healthy diet, thank you, but it's not really a diet, it's a small set of foods I got from the internet and eating wisely I also got printed for me on demand to the workers down where I live from the internet. Therefore you should consider just having healthy food.

I wouldn't eat a pancake or waffle not even for breakfast, nor unless eating scraps would I eat bacon, almost every morning I have breakfast of porridge and coffee or brunch of porridge, coffee and a slice of dark rye toast spread with Nuttelex or margarine, and you better believe my breakfast has to be porridge!

Marshmallows seem like less of a "foody" food than pancakes

No it's not normal, but it's normal to never eat pancakes, and normal to avoid cake. I wouldn't eat them, except maybe apple cake or crimson velvet cheesecake, it's all good, and perhaps I'd also eat a rightly made apple crumble. šŸ¤©

Pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon is food. Pancakes alone not so much.
