Is it normal i can eat breakfast now

Ive never been able to eat breakfast but suddenly I am even hungry in the morning or at least I have an appetite...
I get up at 7 AM have sandwiches with my coffee instead of just coffee and its no problem. I dont know how this happened and why I couldnt eat in the morning before but I can now

    I can't drink coffee without eating something, I would get the jitters.
