Is it normal for my eyes to twitch?

when i get super focused or strangely enough suddenly angry my eyes twitch

like they go back and fourth then right back to what i was looking at it’s happened since i was a kid

      is that a medicine? sorry i’m not too on the up and ups with medicine names lol but i wasn’t even on any meds when it started because it started in like 4th grade

        Yeah its a type of tea. You'd know if you were consuming it. If it started in 4th grade its definitely not opioid related. You may have glaucoma or something idk.

        Does it get worse when you try to look at something to the side by moving your eyes and keeping your head still?
