Is it normal for apartment complexes to have charging for electric vehicles?

I’m living in SoCal right now, so there’s no issues. Wondering if purchasing an electric vehicle would be problematic if I were to move out of state. What percentage of apartment complexes might you say offer charging for e-vehicles and hybrids?

    It depends on the city you move to. I doubt theres more than a handful of cities that have apartment complexes with EV charging. Maybe im wrong but that seems in the future abit too much for all of America. Cali is the tech capital so they get shit like that first.
