If therapy and counseling was available to you, at any time you chose, for free, and no one would know about it, would you take the opportunity to go?

If needed... My wife and I spent 6 months together in therapy due to some issues that came up after we were married. It was not free... (insurance only covered part of it); and I burned years of my banked PTO time to do it (the counselor was 1.5 hours away - and those days became Off days from work due to the emotional turmoil we were going through.

We learned a lot about ourselves and each other; and have a much better marriage as a result.

If it was more cost effective and not scheduled 4-6 weeks out at a time yes.

Yes. My OCD is getting worse. I want to see how effective and far therapy could help me getting out of this OCD shithole.

    There's no medication like self-medication

Yes. That way I could get my meds the right way and be able to get some surgeries done. Coat is why I don't do it properly
