I think I'm partially retarded, and I don't want to pretend it's not a problem anymore. I want to get an actual medical diagnosis so I can claim disabled benefits.

Benefits sucks. If someone would act retarted for benefits I would actually believe them. The benefits given for not being able to work are so minimal you can live half a life at best.
