I want to just skip a meal sometimes and maybe even two

Is that bad? Is their health risks? I just don't mind being a lil hungry and sometimes I don't feel hungry. I feel like a meal or two is enough for a day to be honest.

Is It Normal?

  • It’s normal to not be very hungry or to not want to eat that much (I’m the same way) however. It is not healthy. You shout eat 3 meals a day a 2 snacks. https://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-five-meal-plan-health-fitness

    • It's not "unhealthy" to skip meals. Humans evolved to survive with meals few and far between, that's why we're omnivores.
