I want to just skip a meal sometimes and maybe even two
Is that bad? Is their health risks? I just don't mind being a lil hungry and sometimes I don't feel hungry. I feel like a meal or two is enough for a day to be honest.

Every personal trainer and dietitian I’ve ever had has told me that it’s not healthy to skip meals.
