I've tried a vegan diet several times and get worse health every time

Just to clarify Im never gonna go vegan and never "was" vegan but I was trying it out. Mainly because I want to be more environmentally friendly by cutting down animal products. Every time I do it for 2 days or more straight I feel really low on energy, hungry almost all the time (after eating a full bowl of food I got hungry less than an hour later) and in addition tend to get bloated and actually have the feeling of too much food in my stomach to the end of the day. All goes over when I eat meat.

Ive had the same experience. I tried it for a while because I thought it was healthy.

And idk if its better for the environment. That land thats used could have trees and be forest fir wildlife. Also the land eventually will become baron. And to harvest you use things with engines that pollute. Finally you may be killing MORE animals by harvesting. Because theres all kinds of ground hogs, mice, squirrels and shit.

Vegan diet is unnatural and unhealthy. We are meat and veggie eaters. Remember man kind use to be hunter gathers before settlers. For a long ass time.

  • 100% normal rate?! And no vegans have come to tell me against. Then how on earth do so many people still think it's healthy? Some other diets being unhealthy doesn't change that

Vegan diet doesn’t provide enough protein or nutrients. There’s a reason humans have always eaten meat and have evolved as hunters.
