The purpose of police is to enforce "laws." Not to protect anyone from anything. Literally only to make sure people behave in an orderly fashion. Firefighters put out awesome fires all the time, when fires are cool.

What about when a car catches on fire after an accident?

What about when a community is affected by a brushfire? Are you going to stop going to work and try to extinguish it yourself?

What about when a vacant home catches on fire and is next to an occupied home, are you going to get your garden hose and put it out?

my volunteer fire department will not visit my house in a fire because i won't pay the association fees of 50 dollars a year. yet they receive my tax dollars to buy equipment. fuck them up the ass. i rather burn down . they are just a bunch of arsonists anyway. they get caught starting fires in the news all the time

We, the elite 1%, own the police. They are not guarantors of social justice. They keep society running in an orderly way so that our businesses can continue to operate profitably.

What they don't seem to realize, is that they are not just killing one another, and burning their own houses down; they are killing everyone, and burning everyone's house down, including their own!

In recent history, this corrupt police-state has become the worst criminal organization going! They are extremely poor arbiters, who protect the worst criminals, at the expense of everyone else.

They only think that they are saving someone's life, but in reality, for every person that they save, ten other people will likely die somewhere else in the world.

The reason for this is quite simple.
Currently, there is not enough food or resources in the world for everyone.
People in the More Developed Countries (MDCs) generally use about 10 times the amount of resources that people in the Less Developed Countries (LDCs) use.
Save one person's life here, and ten will likely die elsewhere.

None of this is sustainable, and yet the world's population keeps growing (but I think that we are at the point now, where we have hit the ceiling to this insane growth).

This civilization will collapse within the next 46 years, but probably much sooner than that, because our entire economy is centered around the inexpensive availability of petroleum resources, and we are running out, quickly. We also no longer have the luxury of time, nor the resources available, nor the skills required, to transform the economy over to a renewable and sustainable one. Then, many billions of people around the world will likely die.

Ironically, about the only thing that could save us, is a very severe disease pandemic, because it would buy us more time. But it would need to be very severe, and it would need to kill off at least one-half, or more, of the human population, in a short span of time.
Fortunately, this might already be happening, as several new (resistant) emerging diseases are spreading around the world.
Don't let the fear-mongerers get to you. I would not even begin to become concerned, until the world's population decreased to below 1 billion people, should I survive.
So it's not just police and firefighters, it's the doctors too!
