I sometimes think about killing people

Sometimes when I'm with friends or family I'll see a knife or something and be like, "Wow, I could kill someone if I wanted to." I just think about my power & capability of actually killing someone. Of course I would NEVER do it, even to my worst enemy, but I just end up thinking about the fact that if I really wanted to, I could kill someone.

    completely normal dude dont sweat it. as long as you dont start killing animals you should be fine we all have dark thoughts from time to time. ive thought about murdering my entire fam lol but id never do it

    It's not normal but it's not harmful if it stays in your mind. Even if you don't intend to ever harm anyone, stuff like that will manifest in other self destructive ways. Get checked if you're really that worried.
