I scratched my finger on a rusty nail

I scratched my finger on a rusty nail, did not bleed or break the skin, just like a hard reddish fingernail scratch. Its been 12hrs and skin color is back to normal. Am I in the clear now?

    You're fine if it didn't break the skin. Are you up to date on your tetanus shot?
