I'm not particularly fat but I have a little double chin& chubby cheeks. Im a female and I'm a teenager. Is it normal? Is it unattractive? I'm so self conscious I just want to know. Do those neck exercises really work?

    I don't know if it's just me, but when I see a girl who's not "fat" but still has a chubby face, I instantly think that she's adorable. I find it really cute, and Just wanna eat her up!
