I'm addicted to cereal but i'm really fat, iin?

I have a bad habit of eating one bowl after another. I eat the first one and feel unsatisfied. So I have another one and then another, trying different toppings and stuff. I end up eating about six big bowls and then feel awful for several hours, bloated and disgusted. When the bad feeling finally goes away I'm hungry again and eat something else, not cereal. But it all starts with the cereal and wanting to just eat the one bowl.

    Believe it or not, overweight people are malnourished. You keep eating junk because your body is craving nutrients. What you need to do is put more variety into your diet, or at the very least drink a nutrient rich powdered drink like Instant Breakfast twice a day. And when you want to eat cereal, pay attention to the serving size and get out measuring cups so you can do portion control, and substitute regular milk with low-calorie almond milk.

      Don't forget to check the salt and sugar content of that powdered breakfast drink: most of them are full of rubbish

    want to fatten a pig up for slaughter feed them whole grain seeds like corn and wheat. in fact just use the USDA food pyramid.

    You have an eating disorder, cereal was just your food of choice. If you remove cereal you'll use something else.

    Have eggs and bacon with it Blutto. And put bananas on that cereal. Down it with orange juice and take a long walk. After a couple of loud farts you'll feel so much better.
