Last time I checked, cars weren't very flexible unless they were made of silicone.

You want to brag about your new car, but you don't say anything about it... Make, model, power, features? Nothing!

You fail at showing off! XD

PS: If you want to get in on the automotive dick-measuring contest, know that donteatstuffoffthesidewalk has a killer pickup, Twerknbhu has a modded Impreza WRX STI and I have a 400hp E-class and an S600 project that should make around 600hp when finished.

Didn’t go for the 45s as I didn’t dig the BBQ grill.

I am aware that it’s just a CLA, but pretty good for someone my age

That's not bad. Personally I find the CLA too small, but I like it's funky design.
Also, no clue about your age, but I would assume you are in your 20s to be proud of owning a new car.

My newest car is a 2017 C350e, I bought it in 2018 as a company car for my business and as a future daily when I move back to Bulgaria, since the rest of my cars are all weekend/ fun cars. My C350e is the closest thing I'll probably buy to a brand new car.
In my mind paying the extra depreciation, just to say you have a new car isn't worth it. Much better to buy the car with low mileage, while it's still under warranty under the Young Stars/ Junge Sterne program. Let someone else cover the depreciation and use the extra money for tuning, or whatever.

It's only really worth it if you have a lot of money to burn and you buy something exquisite like an S65, or a CLS63...

You planning on doing any mods?

        • I’m 28, started working at the age of 24 (after university) and immediately bought an apartment + all the mandatory stuff.

Now I’m finally starting to get some decent savings + the ability to buy stuff that I want, not only stuff that I need, which is why getting keys to a new car for the first time feels so great ;)

As for mods: I’m planning to get the ECU remapped sometime in the future (after warranty expires) and get the car ceramic coated. 👍

Nice dude, we're the same age. After university, age 23 I became a car salesman after a bit of job hopping, got a CDL for extra cash on the side and when I had saved enough money, I started a cleaning/ gardening company, made money, bought more cars, so I can sympathize to how good it feels when you make it.

I bought my C350e on impulse, as a celebration of my company turning 1 year old in 2017. Naturally, I registered it as a company car, so I pay less taxes... in addition to the eco-rebates.

I've done mods on all of my cars, but my most impressive one is my 2007 E420 CDI AMG-package, pushing 400hp and 950Nm.
ECU remap, DPF gutted, sport catback exhaust system, sport filters, V-max limit delete, brakes upgrade and second transmission cooler. The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 can handle even more power, but the transmission can't... I'm already pushing 150Nm more than it's safe maximum torque rating.
I also added a front lip spoiler and rear lip spoiler (carbon fiber look) , blacked out all windows, brake calipers painted red and swapped out the standard fog lights for LED ones for that extra aggressive look.

Anyway, have a good one bro! Gotta represent the Mercedes gang right! XD

I dunno I'm relatively happy with this old hand me down convertible I've got. I guess it might be better if if were a Mustang.

You should’ve bought a car that isn’t made of jelly, it wouldn’t flex so much.
