I have had these bumps on my face ever since i was 3 or 4

These little pink bumps have been on my face for quite a while now, but I have never found out what they were! They never itch, or anything either. I have asked my relatives if they have ever seen anything like them, and I have even searched the internet, but I found out nothing. The thing about it is, there are more of them appearing every year, about 2 or three more, actually. Anyone know what they are?
