I hate my sisters, they never call or stop by anymore, all over 50

I came from a close-knit family.. well used to be. The older we all got the more separate ways we all took. over 50. It just pisses me off that none of them will call, email, FB, nothing. I fear or Bummed out that no one will ever talk again! I hate to die alone 63! Am I to old to be aborted?:(

Me and my sister are close. She even got me a janitorial job at her work. Have you reached out to her? You can't expect her to reach out if you won't either.

Have you tried reaching out to your sisters? I am 52 years old, and for a while there my sister, and I were communicating quite regularly, but she mostly just talked about herself, and the idiots she talks to on dating apps. I guess it's been about a week since my mother had a stupid garage sale where she made a whole $11.00. I made the mistake of telling my sister that I let the two customers use our guest bathroom, and *poof* my sister became enraged, because she's an obsessive-compulsive germaphobe.

An $11 profit is better than the cost of a trip to the dump at least.

So, have you ever tried reaching out to your sisters?

I’m not the OP I’m afraid (I feel like I’ve confused people before, maybe I should start clarifying).

I do have dramatic sisters though, I even made a post about them recently:

Eh, my family grew apart well before 50. Sometimes I think I'm the only thing that kept my family together. One brother doesn't like our father, the other doesn't like our mother, both brothers avoided each other for years, and my parents have a relationship not unlike that of the old sitcom All in the Family. No outright hatred, but when we all got together to talk about life after a recent get-together, I was seriously surprised by how civil everyone was.

It showed me how age just softens stuff, though. If you're all middle-aged, I imagine the lack of communication isn't one-sided. Try reaching out to your sisters yourself, maybe they'd like to catch up.

Unfortunately, some families grow apart like that. Have you reached out to them, though? Some people just wait on others to reach out to them, and if the other person does the same, well, it goes nowhere. Sometimes you have to be the change you want to see!

...No. No, you are not too old to be aborted...But with this kind of abortion, you usually have to do it yourself.

Me and my sister arent close at all. We are total opposites. Shes highly intelligent and well liked in the community. She always hung out with the upperclass cool kids who all went on to be successful and she married a guy with money. She was the perfect child that never did wrong and I was the one always in trouble. Kind of sad.

Its kind of crazy how different we are really.

She got more of my dads genes and I got my moms genes. My moms brothers are all wild.
