I get really emotional and cry hard when i hug my best friend

I don't know why I always get emotional when this happens... I love her so much that whenever I hug her I think about so many things and get so emotional that I squeeze the life outta her and I let it all come out I love her so much and I just get really emotional whenever I'm around her that I end up crying so much It's like she's all I need and that I never wanna be apart from her.
