I get an elctric shock headache

hello friends...I'm very scared because once I had pain in my brain.....it was like as if someone gave my brain an electric shock...I screamed and I fell on the floor because it was so painful. I get a headache sometimes, but I never had that terrible electric shock pain again. I am suffering from tension/stress.

I'm scared because I think that I can have that pain again. What should I do?

    Your body is telling you something, don't ignore it. I think it could be a Migraine, migraines are extremely painful, almost unbearable at times.

    I have the same thing, but I haven't had it in a while now, mine only lasts a few seconds, sure it hurts like hell but I think nothing of it.

    Are you sure it's not just a migraine? I know they give me a shocking pain in my head.
