I used to be 180 now I’m 204.. Wtf.. any tips? Is it because I’m mourning someone??
Not the mourning but the binge eating because of the mourning. Restrict your meals to only when you're hungry and get more exercise.
I’m no dietitian. But I definitely am trying to drink more water. Trying not to eat right before bed. And I haven’t had fast food in weeks. AND I WANT SOME FUCKING FRIES MORE THAN YOU KNOW.
My elderly father was maybe 220 lbs before my mom died, and now he's getting close to 180, or so.
Definitely diet related
Less sugar, and more protein and fiber. Less sitting around and more exercising with a pair of dumbbells.
I used to be a little over 200 pounds and got down to 117 doing that. I don't know your body's situation, but that's what worked for me.
