I feel pain from scares?

So I have this habit of checking out spooky media because story wise, I think it's cool. But of course that means jumpscares sometimes. I've always hated them but I've had mostly normal responses. Flinching, racing heart, etc.
Well lately, when jumpscares occur, sometimes I flinch but it's very light, and instead of a racing heart I get a light pain. The pain is a sharp and fast pain, like being pricked with a needle. It can be near my heart or lung normally and sometimes it's in a random spot, like my hand or foot. Any ideas of what's up with that?

you could have blocked arteries . i recommend a Vitamin C supplement with magnesium and copper as a fix. it takes a long time to work. also lose weight and never eat seed oil. Fruit oils are Ok. Its your call. you can try traditional medicine its costly. my little brother chose it and i think he has had about three surgeries or four. ok five because his foot was rotting .
