I feel like i'm going to be sick when anxious

I know this is somewhat a normal feeling but it's getting almost out of hand. Almost every single time I'm driving up to work I feel like this weird anxious pukey feeling and the only way I can lessen it is by deep breathing and tums, and that's only temporary. I've been working at the same place for 7 years and theres nothing at work that physically triggers this.

Is there any other way to deal with this?

I got that everyday before school as a kid, and I still get it mostly i've gotten it in adult years before a date or if i'm seeing a friend I don't see often like one who lives out of town especially since I feel a lot of responsibility on me then to make it worth their while if they've come to see me. For me it passes almost immadiately after we've started hanging out though, but it can still take a while before i'm able to eat anything. Stomach problems is a common physical anxiety symptom among many others. Doesn't really matter if you know there's no physical danger where you're going. I get physical symptoms everytime I travel even short distances and same with work. Chronic anxiety of whatever kind you may have aren't just triggered by logical danger because there's basically something wrong with your fight or flight response which causes it to go off at random times and if it's social anxiety it would be when going to places where there's people such as work, but it can just as well be agoraphobia, seperation anxiety or generalized anxiety disorder. I think the first step is to first get evaluated for which type of anxiety you suffer from if you don't already know and then try to figure out the best treatment for you.

Thats exactly how it is, like for example, this coworker I think is super attractive offered me a ride up to work and I know this guy, hes a good guy, chill and friendly but I got so nervous when it came to the time he was picking me up that I actually thought I was going to be sick then and there. Once I was in the car with him talking I was completely fine. I'm pretty sure I do have some sort of anxiety disorder since this has continued throughout my life so I'll definitely be booking a drs appointment.

Its not normal to feel that worried about things that you are going to throw up. You could have an anxiety disorder or something, you should talk to someone about that.

Maybe it's not the work itself, but the toxic personalities of your coworkers, bosses and or clientele that is giving you this awful anxiety?

I used to work in customer service/technical support, and that sort of work an be both a source of pride as well as soul crushing. I honestly hate it whenever I see people treat customer service workers badly, because those workers don't get paid nearly enough for all the abuse they're expected to take while remaining professional, and empathetic to the customer's needs.

I just started the guest services job, so far my other employees have actually been wonderful and minimal customers have been bitchy, I'm thinking in almost overreacting and thinking the worst is going to happen and that's what causing this feeling

What would be the worst that could happen?

I think this is relatively normal for extreme anxiety. Maybe you just get some sort of nerves and this is your body's reaction?

I get intense butterflies and almost like a stomachache when I get nerves of any kind, including driving up to places I am either slightly nervous about or very excited about. Even if there is no reason to have nerves or I'm not really that anxious, I still get it. I used to get it driving to school as well.

I went through a really weird phase at around 20 when I was in a rocky relationship with both my family and my boyfriend at the time, as well as stressed about college and a bunch of huge changes going on in my life, where I would feel sick, like I was going to throw up, very easily and seemingly for no reason. It would happen in the car a lot, and I also couldn't eat anything but a very light salad without feeling that way. It passed as quickly as it came and I still have no idea what exactly caused it, besides maybe stress.
