I haven't known my gf that long and we were kissing and hanging out. She saw a worm and squished it with her trainers. I asked her if she would do that to me and she laughed and said 'if you were a worm, for sure'. I really felt bad for the worm but I'd love her to sit on me or step on me. Not normal I don't think?
Whenever I see an earthworm on the pavement I pick it up, and put it in the grass. Earthworms are really good for the soil!
lol. Careful what you wish for. Tell her that you are serious and you may well get squished but not in the way you seem to be hoping. Keep it to yourself, I would. No harm in that.

For what it's worth I've stepped on her in play (and her on me) but I wouldn't sit on her (haven't done that for years) and I don't think I'd stand on her but if she asked I'd think about it but...

I would not deliberately step on a worm and I'd be very disappointed in anyone who did. I think that to weave it into your fantasies means you have a lot of sorting out to do. If you didn't like her doing it why didn't you just tell her so? Asking her if she would be willing to step on YOU needs to be a totally different conversation. Her reaction is a risk you'd need to take and I can't help with that.
