I am tired all the fucking time

I just can't do anything. I wasn't particularly active before, in fact i somewhat always have had less energy than most of the people i know, but right now is just ridiculous.

It's not low iron bc i am taking pills.

I literally lie on bed, all the time, unable to do any task. Just get up to cook, go to school, and nothing else. I have stuff to clean but i just can't do it. It makes me really sad not being able to do stuff. I'm literally in my 20s. I don't understand what is happening.

Could be many things. Low blood pressure, vitamin B12 deficiency, even chronic fatigue syndrome. You need to see your doc.

So many things it could be. I have this issue, still can't figure it out. Speak to a doctor, see specialists if you can. Good luck.

There are many possible causes. You do need to talk to a good doctor and let them do a general check of the most common reasons. Unfortunately, it can take years and years to figure out the uncommon ones (and much of that falls on you).

One key question: Did this occur after you had, or may have had, Covid-19?

Long term fatigue and mental fog are common long term symptoms after Covid-19. Do an internet search on "Covid Long Haul" and start reading. There are currently multiple theories on why. No solid answers yet. I'm personally going through this - and while I have identified that various IgE and IgG allergies are a solid partial cause... they are not the whole of the problems I am having.

I wish you the best in this,

As in the case of both myself and my wife low testosterone was the cause. A male should be 500-600, I was 117. My wife was <10 when normal for a woman is 20-70.

I felt like that when I was dealing with depression. Not implying that you are.

You need hormones checked but its understated how important it is to get physical activity. I promise if you could bring your self to go on a few mile walk everyday youll feel much better. If you start jogging even better. Just be careful of black neighborhoods.

I agree that you should see a doctor, but also consider what you’re eating. As someone who also struggles with low energy I’ve found forcing myself to eat more fruit and veg each day made a noticeable difference. Of course you may already be eating healthily hence my advice to speak to a doctor. Good luck with this.

Sounds like there's a chance it might be symptoms of depression. Have you ever gotten checked out for that?

    • Never been checked but i definitely had depression when i was younger. I have had depressive episodes since then like, once a year. But honestly i am better now so i don't think it's that
