How often is too often to pee?

I sometimes have to pee every 15 minutes. Is that normal?

Sometimes I can go nearly an entire day without feeling like I need to pee.

Unless you have a bladder with the capacity of a couple of litres, you're clearly drinking far too little and setting yourself up for problems down the line.

Kidney stones are known to be excruciatingly painful - I've heard women say the pain is worse than childbirth - and chronic dehydration is known to promote the formation of stones.

Nope, my urine is a normal color, not dark gold or orange- indicators of dehydration. And plenty of urine comes out when I finally do go (I drink enough). I’m just resilient, and hyposensitive to the feeling of needing to pee.

I drink tons of water Boojum, and I have yet to experience kidney stones. Or anything even remotely resembling it, actually.

I have definitely met people who had had kidney stones before. The part that I hate the most is when they stare at me and them start screaming in my fucking face about how fucking horrible their kidney stones are.

Usually I FEEL like throwing up at this point because I am usually drunk as fucking all-get-out SHIT on a daily basis, including at 5'o'clock in the FUCKING morning! :D

but yeah I just lost the rest of that comment/reply apparently. :( I didn't copy it sadly. brb gonna take some more shots!:D lol...:P

    That's abnormally frequent.

It's possible that it's just become a habit and you're acutely aware of your bladder having anything in it. If you're not getting up several times every night to urinate that could be all it is.

If you experience discomfort during urination, the urine is cloudy or there's blood in it, you could have a urinary tract infection.

Excessive thirst and very frequent urination is a symptom of diabetes, and people with untreated diabetes often have to get up to pee several times every night. You might want to Google symptoms of diabetes and see if anything else on the list rings a bell.

Depends on how much you drink.

Maybe you're a diabetic? 😯 Go see your doctor, and get some bloodwork done. Diabetes is a killer, it can cost you a limb, and or make you go blind! 😰😱

Looks like something might be wrong with your prostate. If you are a guy that is.
