How often do you guys use sunblock?

I usually use it on days I have to go out since my skin tends to burn easily. Most people I know don't use it. How often do you guys use it?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Never because I don't tan anyway so there's no point in trying.

  • I almost never do. But I live the one of the cloudiest places so I should be OK.

Rarely. I know I should, but I usually don't use it anyway.

I only use it on my face. A sun burned face is a bitch.

I use it in the summer when I'm on the boat for the day otherwise I don't use it. But I probably should use it more

  • When ik I’ll be in the sun for a while. I'm pail and burn easy which doesn’t even turn to a tan. Also I have maybe pail but still nice clear skin and would like to keep it so I’m not a premature raisin anytime soon.

I'm sure that I should probably use sunblock much more often, but I'm a lazy person. On the bright side I have a tendency to stay out of the sun, because I don't much like it. If I ever get around to going to the beach I will probably put on some 50 to 75 SPF. Being a light skinned person who's pushing 50 with less sun damage than the average 30 year old is another part of the bright side of depression, and anxiety.
