It seems no one exercises anymore and they balloon to 200 plus pounds when they hit 30.
Society has made us lazy. You can't walk across the street in most US cities without fearing for your life. And worse, drivers think walking and cycling is an offense to their own personal freedoms as if existing outside a car is the worst evil in the world. How dare you use a road for your feet or bicycle. You must die! literally die a bloody death.
I used to cycle 10 miles each day. That has since stopped, but I'm finally getting a bit of strength back. Maybe I'll practice bike riding with the new leg soon.
I like my weekly orgasm and that's about it
3-4 days a week I cycle 10km.
I also use my bike as transportation so however much I cycle outside of exercise.
Until the house is clear.
I try to aim for at least 3+ days per week, ideally 5.
I do free weights, I started out with empty shot glasses now I use full ones. Sometimes I go all out and just use the bottle.
When I was a beer drinker, I exercised my legs more with trips to the restroom!
When I get fed up or tired of exercising I just relax and have a drink.
I walk around the table while listening to music for like an hour every day
