I think that cats have two arms and two legs. They use the two things in the front to bat things around, and to reach out and touch stuff. They also grab onto stuff and scratch people with their arms. I realize they also walk with these,but they're not foot-shaped. So what do you think?

Two arms and four legs? Can we count the tail as an extra arm? If so three arms and four legs. Okay I'm going to bed.
Their front paws are cute. And they are definitely more dexterous than their back legs. So arms works for me.
They use them as feet more than as hands, so why would I call them hands? They're front paws.
Multiple purpose.

Think about it, you'd never ask this about a donkey.
