First off I would highly recommend that you do things to distract yourself from thinking about your feelings about that person.

I also highly recommend that you make a nice long list of reasons why you should forget that person. Can you make a list of at least three reasons why you want to forget her for me please?

Well, you just have to occupy your time with other things in your life until you find yourself thinking less and less about her. That's really all you can do.

No one can make you have feelings about them, you're doing that all by yourself. If you want to forget someone just keep yourself busy, spend lots of time with friends, stay away from the one you want to forget, exercise, eat well, drink lots of water and guess what? Time will pass and you will have forgotten that person or at least stopped feeling bad about her.

The first step is to take responsibility for your own feelings and stop saying silly things like "makes me have feelings about her."

Hypothesis. Get yourself in a very relaxed mood then repeat to yourself what you want to forget. It is best to do this before bed when you are already sorta tired. This is also good because it will take less time and no one will disturb you when you fall asleep, which is the next step. When you wake up, you will have forgotten.
