How come when i lay down for 10 min, my arthritis hips ache when i get up?

    My wifes hips hurt only on our mattress not in the one where she puts the kids to sleep. It could be your mattress. It helps her to get a big fluffy pillow and lay on her side and put it inbetween her legs. You can get a nice fluffy one at walmart for 10.

      Dude this. If you can afford it I highly reccomend a pillow cube as well for the head and neck. Makes side sleeping amazing
