According to everything I've read, I have a normal-sized penis, when I'm erect. When I'm flaccid, my penis actually shrinks inside my sack so that it looks like I have no penis at all. Is this normal?

Hey . . . your condition is incredibly common! It's called "hidden penis" or "buried penis" and it happens when the skin of the penis slides over the actual shaft and you can't see the shaft - just the head, if even that. Don't worry!
