Have you ever just felt so sad-verge of tears for no reason?

..or feeling so excited and smiling happily. Usually. But today I ran in to an old class-mate and my neighbor they had been fishing and were just getting back. I said hi and chit, then went in my apt. sitting in my apt, I feel like crying, really depressed? (63)

Something must have triggered your feelings. Was it something the neighbor said? Maybe because they left you out of the fishing trip?

I agree with sweetone but also there's deep sadness behind this that you need to face. Start by telling your doc.

I have recurring nightmares where I meet my old friends from back in the day, and then they tell me that I'm a loser, and they never really liked me to begin with.

Is this new? There could be things in your subconscious starting to surface or even just driving your reactions.

Bipolar disorder doesn't oscillate so quickly. It's usually days or weeks of mania which slowly turn into depressive episodes. Having your mood change so drastically and immediately doesn't sound like BPD. It could be, though
