Have you ever had such a magical dream that you'll remember forever?

Have you ever had such a magical dream that felt so real at the time that you were so sad to wake up from it, and that you'll remember for the rest of your life? Even if the dream sounds pretty silly and mundane when you think about it now and when you try to explain it to other people. But at the time it felt so indistinguishable from reality and you felt some of the most powerful emotions you've ever felt from it, so that when you think back at your happiest and most cherished life experiences you can't help but include what you experienced in that dream among them.

I have trouble remembering my dreams most of the time, but once I had this beautiful dream where I was swimming in a pool with gorgeous clear water. I don’t know why I loved that dream so much, but it was kinda magical and it stirred up some lovely emotions.

I had a dream that I was 37 and I moved to Athens, Ohio. My boyfriend and I were unpacking all the stuff from the moving truck into our new home. I was a little annoyed because buying the house in Ohio was a pain in the ass and selling the one I had in New York wound up severing a few close family ties. It didn't matter though. I felt free and ready to finally start my new life without any family members holding me back. The town had a brand new Target store that I transferred to and I was going to undergo training to be a Market Team Lead and my boyfriend landed that work from home job he's been trying to get from the company he works for.

I woke up and I was disappointed that it wasn't real. I don't know why Athens Ohio was the place I saw in my dream. I've never been there to even know what it looks like. They currently don't even have a Target store. XD

I had a dream that I got a lift with people that owned a dog wash van thing. They told me to sit in the back of the van while they took the van out and drove it off jumps. They even made it do a jump of a ramp over a river.

I had a dream I was killing this guy, and he kept coming back to life. Eventually I had to just break his skull open and I used my gun to mash his brains around like guacamole so it would be 100% impossible for him to come back. And in the dream he would decay really fucking fast.
I woke up and threw up
Now I have a phobia of head injuries

Aside from that fucked up dream

I have a lot of dreams where I talk to random people in the grocery store asking them to come over and I’ll make them dinner. I can’t cook. I wake up paranoid as hell that I might have some dinner guest show up and a few times it’s felt real enough that I ask my fiancée to make extra just in case.
    It’s exhausting lmfao

I struggle with creepily realistic dreams too. I once dreamt I was watching TV with my parents when they told me my distant aunt and uncle had died. The dream was so vivid and in-character for them that I thought it was real for a few days.

My favorite type of dreams are those that are almost creepily realistic, like when you wake up even if the dream was a little strange it feels like it really happened. Those are magical but a little unsettling and I remember those forever.
